We want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you return or exchange your item as smoothly as possible.

Return eligibility

Returns are typically accepted when items are in original condition and include all original packaging and contents. To ensure a smooth process, please do not ship anything back without contacting us first.

  • Item must be returned in original condition (unworn/unused)
  • Include original packaging, documentation, and any included accessories
  • Return must be initiated within the return window provided by DHM (ask us if you’re unsure)

How to start a return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and follow the provided shipping steps.
Important: For your protection, please use secure packaging and follow the instructions we provide. We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance when applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process the refund. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2–10 business days after processing for funds to appear.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange, we can help you choose the right replacement and guide you through the best next step. Contact us and we’ll take care of it.

Exceptions & special items

Some items may have special return rules, including (but not limited to) custom work, special orders, engraved pieces, resized items, or final-sale items. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll confirm your options.
